Hi I’m Bri! Nice to Meet you…
Hi! My name is Brianna Wohner but you can call me Bri. I am an artist, photographer, lover of yoga and food. This business built out of the love for yoga and all that it stands for and my drive to help motivate people to live a healthier lifestyle.
In 2013 I did my 200 hour teacher training. I've built a practice of hot, and not so hot yoga, and have learned that daily stretching is good for the heart and overall wellness. I'm not one of those yoga snobs. That just believes in yoga and nothing else. I believe in movement of the body every day. You can go to the gym, or walk around your neighborhood, do spin classes or tai chi. Daily movement is critical to aging with minimal health problems. Yoga just happens to be my chosen way to move my body every day.
Believe it or not, you will age. That's right! You will! And you won't look or feel like you did in your 20s. Things will start to creak and pop. If you're a parent your kids will tell you your getting old when you use phrases like "back in my day we had no internet!" That's a favorite in my home! But seriously, living a healthy, long life means aging. Accepting the crows feet, the frown lines, grey hairs and varicose veins. But aging doesn't have to be painful.
Living a lifestyle where there is healthy, mostly unprocessed foods and daily movement are the keys to aging gracefully. I am here to help you to maintain that lifestyle if you chose to accept the mission. Living life painlessly.
I turned 39 this year. I know that may sound old to some of you reading this and young to others. I'm not in my 20s and almost in my 40s. But that 30 year decade has shown me a few things:
1. That movement is key to aging gracefully.
2. You have to take care of your emotional self as well as your physical.
3. Taking care of more than yourself WILL be tiring but taking time for yourself every day WILL make it all more enjoyable.
These things will help you be able to give back with a FULL cup. And I will be moving into my 40s with that same goal, to age gracefully and to have fun doing it!

This is my weight loss and health journey.
Before: Sad, depressed, overweight according to my physician, not physically active, emotionally stuck. Very high functioning though. I always got good grades and could hold a regular job, sometimes juggling 2 and 3 jobs at a time. But inside I was so lost and alone.
After: Changed my relationship with my body, food and exercise, found a new found love for life, aligned with my career and met my husband.
I lost 30lbs in 4 months just by changing what I ate and walking on my lunch break. My transformation was 52lbs and 4 dress sizes!
