Hi! I’m Bri, a Certified Health Coach and Yoga Teacher.
I used to be addicted to sugar, depressed and lost about my purpose in life. Finally fed up with how I looked and felt, I lost 52 pounds, 4 dress sizes and have kept it off for over 15 years!!!
My goal is to help women over 35 go from tired and overwhelmed to thriving and crushing their goals with more body confidence, more energy, and more happiness in their lives through holistic nutrition coaching. My approach sees the mind and body as one and we focus on the emotional as well as physical effects of food on the body.
I will be your guide on this 6 week journey to reclaiming yourself!

Clean eating/Easy meal prep 101
We jump into week one with the basics! What is clean eating? how will you execute cooking meals for the next 6 weeks? We will answer all your questions and get ready for the week ahead!
WEEK 2
Gut and immune 101
Do you feel bloated all the time with no relief? Are you always sick? We will break down how the right foods can heal your gut, give you energy and give you more control over how your body feels.
WEEK 3
Sugar and Inflammation 101
Making excuses for that chocolate snack? Is diet soda your go to for a “low calorie” snack? Constant skin issues? We will learn how the right foods will reduce inflammation that sugary drinks and snack cause. We will learn healthier ways to snack and get that sugar fix in a healthy way!
WEEK 4
Metabolism 101
Do you skip meals? Think not eating will help you lose weight? Low on energy and brain power? Not eating can stall weight loss goal, make you feel “hangry” upset with a headache and then consume the nearest thing? This week we will learn how eating actually aids in weight loss and fuels your body so you don’t feel the crash and burn at noon.

Stress 101
Constantly worried about looming deadlines? Too much on your calendar every week? No time for healthy habits in your daily routine? This week we will learn more about how rest, sleep and mindset can make you more productive so you can fit healthy eating and exercise into your daily routine.

SELF LOVE 101
Your weight loss journey starts with self love and we will touch on these topics every week but this week we get the opportunity to dive in more. We will learn self care practices that we can incorporate into our weekly and monthly routines to reset and renew.
