I used to be addicted to sugar, depressed and lost about my purpose in life. Finally fed up with how I looked and felt, I lost 52 pounds, 4 dress sizes and have kept it off for over 15 years!!!

My goal is to help women over 35 go from tired and overwhelmed to thriving and crushing their goals with more body confidence, more energy, and more happiness in their lives through my Metabolism Reset Program that focuses on holistic nutrition coaching. My approach sees the mind and body as one and we focus on the emotional as well as physical effects of food on the body.
